Full stop. If he worked in NoVA I'd go through him again. This man worked above and beyond normal duty hours, exceeded all my expectations, and legitimately empowered me to sell my house in a notoriously difficult county (thanks MoCo for reminding me why you are to be avoided at all costs). Due to the market, it took us over four months to find our home and Greg was with us every single step of the way providing guidance and motivation when we felt discouraged. He was our best advocate and negotiated an amazing deal for us when we did find our home and we could not be happier! He even took the extra step to have our new home cleared out when the sellers left some of their personal belongings! This was not his responsibility as our agent but due to his character and professionalism he took it upon himself to do it to present us with a clean home! We highly recommend Greg Skipper because he is extremely professional, an amazing advocate for what you want and we cannot Thank him enough for everything he did for us!

He answered all of my questions. He informed me when he was going on vacation, but insured me that he was still checking emails and would be able to respond. He would call if something needed more explanation rather than just emailing back and forth. Which is a plus these days. He really cared about me selling my home. I wasn't just another client. I would recommend him 100%. My sister told me, my aunt and her best friend about Greg and we all sold our houses without worries.

He went above and beyond for us in both of these endeavors. Not only was he present, extremely responsive, and willing to go the extra mile...but he did all of this during a pandemic. Greg listened to what we wanted, was very upfront regarding costs, expected returns, and the entire process. My wife and I had purchased a home, but we had never sold one. Greg was a great person to have to guide us through the process. His marketing of our property was timely and effective. We were able to get the price we wanted for our home thanks to his efforts! As far as purchasing a new home, Greg would sometime walk into a home and say "I can't let you buy this house." He did so because he genuinely cares about his buyers and their future well being, not just about his profit/bottom line. It's important to have a realtor that is honest with you and not just a "yes man". Greg must have shown us nearly 40 properties until we were able to find the right one, and he was happy to do it all. I cannot recommend him enough. Whether you're buying, selling, or just thinking about doing anything with your home/property...please give Greg a call. You won't regret it.
